MACHINE TOOLS DIVISION
Whilst our core business remains supplying metal tubular components and assemblies, long term we aim to continue seeking to diversify and to increase the existing range of products.
Please click on each product for full information, including details of our CNC Evbend 1000, Cam controlled Evbend 200 x 3 axis precision bending machines and precision tube squaring, rotary flaring and deburring DB50/DB50E. The manually operated design inevitably imposes a limit on the maximum capacity (approx. 25.0 mm). This, however, covers a large proportion of medium volume bending work, which tends to be 3/16" to 1". The rotary flaring, squaring and deburring capacitry extends to 50mm dia.
Our bending machines do not employ hydraulics, pneumatics, and in the case of Evbend 200 - no electrics - hence offering economies at a highly competitive cost for comparable precision and results.
We are seeking a possible product-swap agreement or to embark on partnership negotiation with a suitable company able to take over the manufacturing, marketing and distribution of this range of machines, particularly in the newly emerging low cost economy countries.

AIRFRAME FOLDING BIKE
It has been decided (until further notice) to sell and distribute Airframe Bikes on direct ex-factory cost basis, and to pass on the trade cost saving to customers. This will result in an equivalent retail cost saving offered by the Government Green Transport Plan concession (Cycle to Work Scheme) - but it will not involve the customer in any Government terms - conditions or restrictions. Companies may still (if desired) embrace the Government concession in parallel with Silkmead direct ex-factory scheme and gain additional VAT, TAX and NI Saving.
For a limited period 4 gear change bike model is on offer at £400 (including £59.57 VAT).
