The CNC Tube bending machine x 25.0 mm dia.+ capacity caters for up to 50 different angle bends and produces 3 axis compound angle precision tubular components. It is easily programmed, incorporating electromagnetic brakes and an extra data management unit to allow data storing and adjusting to accommodate spring back and material stretch is available. Modular construction of electronics and electrics enable customers to carry out their own maintenance and repairs.

CNC unit can be programmed with tube co-ordinates or "taught" from a sample component. Existing customers use them for medium batch production as well as development of component work and drawings.
