Silkmead produce Coils for Heat Exchangers for a wide range of Industries that include Heating and Processing Industries. Vending Machines, Commercial Vehicles, Printing, the Brewery trade and domestic Towel Radiators.

With a capacity of over 100,000 coils per annum both high volume and low volume requirements can be accommodated. Tube diameters are from 6mm to 30mm. Most materials can be accommodated including Stainless Steel, brass, copper, aluminimum and even titanium. The supply of "U" bends, manifolds and housings is also an essential part of our service to the heat exchange industry.

Silkmead's expertise in producing coils has been employed to resolve many complex applications, especially in the case where limited space is available for feeder and return tubes. Our design department welcomes enquiries of such a nature and furthermore prefer to be involved in the design from the initial concept to the final production stage.
